As I blogged yesterday I will be stepping up the exercise this coming week. I'll start today by shoveling a bit of snow... my two boys will do most of it. At least I'll be out there burning some calories and using some muscles.
Super Bowl party on the calendar for tomorrow and I'll have to work out a plan for that.
Thanks again for all of your supportive comments.

Awesome job, That is an average of over 4 lbs a week loss! Shoveling snow is AWESOME exercise, you would be surprised how efficiently you burn calories. There are websites you can go to like livestrong.com to calculate how many calories you burn doing activities like that.
ReplyDeleteTwo pounds! Fantastic! Shoveling snow is no fun (I remember it well form my days in northern NY) but great exercise. Watch out at the Super Bowl party. I am bringing a big pot of vegetarian chili to the one I'm attending. That way I know there will be something I can eat.
ReplyDeleteWTG ETL!! 15 lbs -- wow. That's three 5 lb sacks of flour.
ReplyDeleteDon't over do the shoveling.
Congratulations ETL!!! Feels so good to lose, doesn't it!? Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeletewow 15 lbs....that's a lot! Congratulations and keep it up (or down in this case)!
ReplyDeleteCheers
Way to go!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the loss ETL, you beat me by 0.1pounds this week! Like you I've got a lot of snow here (western VA). I shoveled last weekend and this morning I spent 4 hours shoveling and sledding with the kids. It's definitely a great workout!
