Ugh. I had a feeling I gained. Easter meal didn't help.... plus a few unauthorized snacks here and there. A few late night grazings. All the no-nos I know I have to avoid. Activity level has increased though with being outside and walking around baseball fields every few days. I recommitted to myself yesterday that I would get back on the stick. I will be going back to weekly weigh in again to make sure I'm staying on track. I will get back on track. I have to.

Good for you for recommitting!

You are the only one who can commit yourself.
ReplyDeleteI understand about Easter. The spread at the family's house was ridiculous and I splurged, but I committed the next day and since then I've dropped 5.6 lbs.
You can do it.
Yes you will! Hey we're here for you :) You can do this. I know you can.

Have you tried the daily plate? You can find it at http://thedailyplate.com.
ReplyDeleteI think you might be taking in too few calories and putting your body into starvation mode.
I've noticed when I take in too few calories I feel worn down and am much more susceptible to binges.
I'm not a nutritionist or a doctor. I'm just a guy on a weight-loss journey, just like you. If you've had someone far more knowledgeable than me tell you what to do, by all means, follow their advice.
Good luck!
